ENR 1.13  UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE

1  General

The following procedures are intended for use by aircraft when unlawful interference occurs:

2  Procedures

2.1 The Pilot In Command shall, when and if possible, notify the appropriate ATC facility when an aircraft is being subjected to unlawful interference, including:
  1. Any significant circumstances associated with the unlawful interference; and
  2. Any deviation from the current flight plan is necessitated by the circumstances.
2.2 When an aircraft is subjected to unlawful interference, the Pilot In Command shall attempt to land as soon as practicable at:
  1. The nearest suitable aerodrome; or
  2. A dedicated aerodrome assigned by the appropriate Authority unless considerations aboard the aircraft dictate otherwise
