1  General

1.1  The following is a list of civil aviation legislation, Civil Aviation Regulations, in force in Somalia. It is essential that anyone engaged in air operations be acquainted with the relevant regulations.
1.2 The primary civil aviation legislation is the Civil Aviation Act Nr-28 of 2020.
